Biography
Cédric Peeters received his Bachelor degree in Engineering in July 2013 from KU Leuven, Belgium. In 2015 he attained a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in automotive and vibro-acoustic engineering. The topic of his Master thesis was “Practical realisations of metamaterial concepts for noise and vibration reduction“. From 2015 till 2019, he did a PhD at the Acoustics and Vibrations Research group at the Applied Mechanics department of VUB. The title of his PhD research is “Advanced signal processing for the identification and diagnosis of the condition and remaining useful life of rotating machinery“. Currently he continues his postdoctoral research in signal processing and condition monitoring at VUB.Presentations
