LCOE and Business Intelligence Lead, Principle Power

Biography

Inês joined Principle Power's LCOE and Business Intelligence team by end-2020 as analyst and now leads the team. Her responsibilities include overseeing CAPEX and OPEX estimations for FOW projects and engaging with the supply chain to build and expand in-house cost databases across the value chain. Her goal is to implement a lifecycle cost approach to support engineering design decisions. Inês started her career as a technical advisor for renewable energy projects in Mott MacDonald Madrid where she was involved in developing technical due diligence for solar PV, onshore and offshore wind projects, as well as construction and operations monitoring. Her duties included contract review (TSA, EPCI, O&M, PPA) and financial model review on behalf of the Lenders. Inês has a double master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (Portugal) and École Polytechnique Paris (France), with a specialization in offshore wind and solar PV.
