Session description
Europe has set itself an ambitious target for the fast development of renewable hydrogen that will be essential for reaching its climate goals. The speed of this development will be very much determined by the policies supporting and driving the uptake of renewable hydrogen by industry and fuel suppliers. The current policy proposals (the Delegated Act of the Renewables Directive on the definition of renewable hydrogen) is at the core of this discussion. The EU cannot afford to get this wrong. Industry will need the right conditions for unlocking multimillion investments. Panelists will focus on what these right condition should be.
