All meeting rooms at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre are now fully booked.
There are seating areas available throughout the venue to be used on a first come first served basis. It will not be possible to reserve them.
You will be able to find some seating areas in the following spaces:

- GE and Ocean Winds Coffee Bars
- LearnWind Area
- Food Truck area
Hall 3
- AWS Fresh Juice Bar
- Axpo Coffee Bar
- Orsted Lounge
- Media Lounge
Level 3 – Poster Area
- Equinor Coffee Bar
