Session description
The wind industry's horizons are widening, as wind power spreads globally and new technologies unlock previously inaccessible markets. The first generations of turbines coming to the end of their lifetime also opens a new set of challenges and opportunities.
This session will look at the long-term outlook for wind, focusing on new exciting developments which may soon change the face of the industry.
It will set the stage for the last day of the conference which will cover topics such as floating wind, hybrid wind+X farms, recycling and other sustainability challenges, and new markets, in Europe and beyond.
