Cutting O&M costs through better turbine design

Operations & maintenance

When: Thursday, 27 September 2018, 16:30 - 17:45
Where: Room: Bilbao

Session description

How to slash down O&M costs? We have leveraged economy of scales, and we currently invest a lot in digitalisation and big data analysis. But upgrading turbine design remains the most effective way to reduce failures and get better information on their possible origins. In this session, you will learn how better hardware and software can improve information about the origin of turbine failure and enhance maintenance efficiency.
