Biography
Kristen Skelton is a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist at Siemens Gamesa. She is currently responsible for various global environmental and sustainability topics and represents Siemens Gamesa in the WindEurope Sustainability Task Force. She also holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Aalborg University. Kristen joined the former Wind Power and Renewables Division of Siemens AG (Siemens Wind Power A/S) in 2011 as an Industrial PhD Fellow. Her applied research project explored how environmental requirements could be integrated into the product development process, commonly known as ecodesign. Siemens Gamesa is a global supplier of wind power solutions and a key innovator in the renewable energy sector. The company has installed products and technologies in more than 90 countries, with a total capacity of over 84 GW.Presenter
