Biography

Randi has more than twenty years experience from oil and gas production on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. She has several years of operational experience as a reservoir engineer and leader in petroleum technology. She has a broad experience in business development through several acquisitions and divestment projects and commercial negotiations of transportation and tie-in agreements. Her international experience includes assignments in UK and work with various other parts of the world. Randi currently works in Equinor’s New Energy Solutions’ Wind and Low Carbon team. Her current area of focus is large scale hydrogen production by natural gas reforming with carbon capture and sequestration. She has a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from NTNU.
