Biography

Dr Xavier Falourd is currently working at PRONA SA leading the department of acoustics and vibrations. His scientific expertise covers acoustics, noise assessment, vibrations and signal processing for 20 years. His R&D activities concentrate on monitoring the wind turbine noise as an expert for swiss authorities. He spent over 10 years in the acoustics laboratory of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology of Lausanne where he gained a strong experience in acoustic metrology.
