Biography

Huang, Xuan has joined Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group since October 09th, 2016. His current position is Deputy General Manager of Offshore Sales and Business Department. He is in charge of the Offshore Solution team for both sales technical support and engineering support for project execution. He has been focusing on wind industry for more than 10 years including 7 years for offshore wind power development in APAC. He worked for Vestas R&D center in Beijing as an electrical engineer from 2009 – 2011. He then moved back to his hometown Shanghai and joined Siemens Offshore APAC as a technical project manager from 2012 – 2016.
