Biography

Xavier Guillou is policy officer in charge of marine renewable energy in the European Commission Maritime Affairs and Fisheries directorate general (DG MARE). Xavier co-chairs the support group on maritime spatial planning of the North Seas Energy Cooperation. He has previous experience in the fishery sector within the European Commission and a background in industrial and international economics.
