Biography

Fiona Earle is an Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years' experience of working in Human Factors across academic and industrial settings. Following Occupational Chartership status in 2002, and doctoral research on the development of work-related fatigue in 2004, Fiona is particularly interested in occupational stress research in applied settings. Her main focus is working with organisations to understand the sources of work-place stress, and implementing solutions to minimise the impact of these stressors on health and safety, wellbeing and performance.
