KTP Associate, Loughborough University
Biography
Adam is currently working as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate, leading a project to bring nanocomposite material technology from Loughborough University to Trelleborg Applied Technologies. Having obtained his doctorate at the University of Nottingham in 2016 on the subject of highly functionalised nanomaterials and their potential for revolutionising the renewable energy sector, he continued on to a subsequent post-doctoral position developing novel smart polymer materials at Cardiff University. This project brings together all these strands to attempt to positively disrupt the relationship between wind turbines and radar stations currently raising objections to many wind farm applications.Presenter
