Session description
Permitting remains one of the biggest bottlenecks for the expansion of wind energy in Europe. The European Union has agreed on good legislation in the past years and has proposed new revisions. How does this impact national legislation? Some countries are doing better, others are not yet. So how can we leverage these good rules and make them apply across the board?
