Session description
Europe has no time to lose. In a world marked by geopolitical instability, energy shocks and rising competition, offshore wind must move from ambition to execution—fast. The Hamburg Summit set the course with renewed commitments to accelerate the deployment of offshore wind. This ministerial session brings together policymakers and industry leaders to action these and deliver offshore wind at scale, at speed and across all European sea basins. From the North Sea to the Baltic and the Mediterranean, the discussion will focus on what it takes to turn political commitments into projects, grids and clean electrons—strengthening Europe’s energy security, industrial competitiveness and longterm prosperity.
