Biography

An experienced manager with a strong track record in the energy sector, he has served on the Management Board of Energa S.A. since April 2024, overseeing key projects advancing the energy transition, including distribution network development, renewable energy, CCGT units, and energy storage. His professional path also includes supervisory roles within the Energa Group as well as the position of Vice President of the Polish Electricity Association, where he contributes to initiatives that strengthen competitiveness and energy security. Active in industry dialogue, he regularly joins strategic discussions, sits on programme boards of major conferences, and collaborates with Gdańsk University of Technology as a member of the Rector’s economic advisory team. Over the course of his career, he has worked across the energy and port sectors, managed international teams, and held executive and supervisory positions. He holds a law degree from the University of Gdańsk.
