Biography

Ms. Greiner has been working in the wind industry for almost 16 years. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen and International Production Management at the Technical University in Hamburg-Harburg. During his studies he worked for DeWind GmbH on the topics "optimization of mechanical components" and "damage analysis of structural components" of wind turbines. His expertise on rotor blades were further developed at DEWI OCC where he authored the publication "Structural analysis of a rotor blade of a wind turbine under consideration of manufacturing deviations". Ms. Greiner has led the rotor blade and inspection departments of DEWI OCC, coordinated the certification of the offshore wind farm Butendiek while working for wpd offshore, and was responsible for the WTG package of the wind farm TWB II at EWE Offshore Service&Solutions. Today Ms. Greiner is the deputy head of the inspection body of Omexom Offshore.
