Biography

Mark is an offshore wind advisor in the World Bank Group’s Offshore Wind Development Program and has worked in the offshore wind industry for the past 16 years. In that time, he has supported governments and project developers in over 30 countries. Mark has a degree in aerospace engineering and a PhD in offshore renewable energy.
