Helen has over 30 years of economic development experience in an international environment within a wide range of technology sectors. Over the past decade Helen has developed considerable experience within the sustainable technologies arena with a specific focus on delivering a variety of offshore renewable energy and industrial decarbonisation projects within Wales - at manufacturing, service and generation levels interacting with start-up companies through to global international players.
