Tom has a wide range of experience across the energy industry in a variety of technical and analytical consulting roles. His clients include Offshore Wind developers, Networks and Governmental clients, advising on topics including supply chains, technical design, transmission and market design. He has recently led a multi-country regulatory review of offshore wind frameworks.
