Biography

Elisabetta is a former equity partner and Head of the Energy Group at premier law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam. Elisabetta has a unique background in the energy sector, both national and international, ranging from energy contracting through energy project finance, M&A, renewable energy project structuring, and energy market regulation. She was a key adviser to TenneT and other market players in the unwinding of the preliberalization and the structuring of the current liberalized Dutch market and crossborder energy markets. At Ventolines, simultaneous with her general commercial responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer, Elisabetta remains involved in client-facing project structuring, M&A, project finance and regulatory advice across wind, solar, battery energy storage and green hydrogen projects.
