Biography

Chris Tyler is a Director at Aon's London office and is responsible for our reward practice covering Energy & Commodities in EMEA where he manages a large number of relationships and is responsible for the continued growth of these businesses. Chris provides reward advice and consultation to a wide range of firms across Europe focusing on incentive plan reviews and design, job architecture & grading, skills framework design, workforce analytics, salary banding and benchmarking / competitive assessment. Prior to joining Aon in 2014, Chris held a role within a major banking institution in the UK. Chris holds a BSc. in Banking, Finance and Management, graduating from Loughborough University in 2011.
