Biography
Darren is a subject matter expert for Offshore Wind and is actively involved with global industry working groups covering construction, fabrication, modularization and industrialization, port strategy development, and at-scale execution across global, regional, and local supply chains.
More than 35 years of international experience in heavy construction, fabrication, modularization, industrialization, LEAN manufacturing, and operational management, supporting global clients within Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, shipbuilding, and other markets.
The project management, construction, and operational management experience he brings to the table covers FEED, EPFC, and delivery, encompassing all aspects of project development, management, and execution.
Over the course of his decades-long career, he’s held leadership positions at Fluor Daniels in the US and China, SBM Offshore, the American Bureau of Shipping, Technip USA, McDermott International, Transocean, National Steel and Shipbuilding Company, and North East Shipbuilders Limited.
Darren earned a BS Degree in Engineering with a concentration in Naval Architecture from Sunderland University, UK.
