Biography

Pavel is responsible for SSE Renewables’ corporate affairs activity (policy, public affairs, communications) internationally, including Europe and Japan. SSE formed a joint ownership company, SSE Pacifico, in October 2021 which is developing offshore wind projects in Japan. Pavel has been at SSE for 8 years in a variety of policy and advocacy roles across the business. Prior to that he worked at Energy UK, the industry association. Pavel is a Board member at the Global Wind Energy Association.
