Biography

Oleksandr is one of the originators of DTEK Group's renewable energy business since 2008. For 10 years, Mr. Selyshchev had been working as a director of strategy and development at DTEK Group and was responsible for the development of renewables direction in the company. Oleksandr has been appointed to the position of CEO of DTEK Renewables in April 2022, in the most turbulent time for the company. Mr. Selyshchev proved to be a reliable and prominent leader in an innovative direction. Under his guidance, the DTEK Renewables team became the first in the world to construct a new wind farm amid a full-scale war. As a profound strategist, Oleksandr aims to share deep professional and strategic market expertise, including the experience of a full-scale renewables project implementation in tough market conditions. Oleksandr has degrees from ACCA and Kyiv Mohyla Business School.
