Biography

Ivan Bondarchuk, LL.M, Counsel, Head of Energy at LCF Law Group. Member of International Bar Association, Chairman of Energy, Oil and Gas Committee of UBA, Member of the UWEA Board. LCF energy-dedicated team led by Ivan Bondarchuk has advised clients with over 1GW of installed capacity in renewable energy projects in Ukraine, including utility-scale solar and wind projects. In 2023 Ivan Bondarchuk advised one of 3 WPP commissioned during the war. In 2023-2024 Ivan contributed to the GR activity maintained by UWEA for reforming renewable energy law and regulations as well as advised Clients in complex regulatory disputes. Ivan graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he received a Master of Laws degree in Energy Law.
