Director of Energy Planning and Markets, EDPR

Biography

Electrical Engineer from ICAI, he holds an MBA from INSEAD and a MSc. in Risk Management from New York Stern University. He began his career at BCG and joined EDP in the Energy Planning Area. In 2007 he was appointed Director of Regulation and Markets for Europe in EDP Renewables and later took over the functions for EDPR worldwide. In 2009 he was also assigned the role of Global Risk Director, a position he will hold until 2021. In 2021 he becomes Director of Energy Planning at EDP, while maintaining his role as Director of Regulation and Markets at EDPR.
