Biography

Bart Alexander Oberink is bp’s Vice President for Offshore Wind, Continental Europe. Bart leads bp’s offshore wind business across the European continent. He is accountable for developing and delivering bp’s offshore wind projects in the region whilst overseeing bp’s portfolio of offshore wind assets and their partners throughout their lifecycle. He brings two decades of energy industry experience to bp, previously working as a Senior Director in BCG’s energy practice. Prior to BCG, he held senior management roles with RWE’s offshore wind business. Bart is highly passionate about accelerating the energy transition, driving industry decarbonization and enabling strong collaboration across the energy value chain, authorities and governments.
