Biography

Evdokia Tapoglou is a Project Officer at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC), where she specializes in environmental engineering, holding a PhD from the Technical University of Crete. Within JRC’s Unit C7: Energy Transition Insights for Policy, Evdokia delivers scientific expertise and analysis on topics pertaining to wind and ocean energy. Her recent focus has been on conducting supply chain analysis and addressing sustainability concerns regarding material usage within the wind energy sector. Additionally, she actively supports ongoing European Commission initiatives such as the Net Zero Industry Act and the European Wind Power Action Plan.
