Biography

Nicki has over 25 years’ experience in SSE, and has been responsible for the delivery of legal environmental commitments and governance across a range of development and operational renewable sites for SSER, of significant scale and MW capacity. Now responsible for the delivery of environmental compliance across all Onshore technologies in GB and Europe, Nicki has a focus around strategy to deliver SSER ambitions in realising a growing pipeline of renewable developments and new technologies. This includes senior stakeholder engagement across the onshore renewables industry, and seeking innovations and collaborative working across Onshore Wind, Hydro and Solar and Battery technologies. Nicki also has a keen interest in Circular Economy, around responsible consumption and production of materials
