Biography

Simone Mancini is a project manager at the Wind Energy group of TNO, the Netherlands institute for applied scientific research. Simone is leading the TNO activities within the EU co-funded project EoLO-HUBs that looks into circular wind turbine blade end-of-life solutions. Since 2022 he has been responsible for the development of UWiSE, a commercial software suite for the modelling of offshore wind farm installation, O&M, and decommissioning campaigns.
