Biography

Rasmus Høegh is a Senior Engineer with over 5 years of experience in Structural Health Monitoring Systems (SHMS) and the offshore industry. He began his career at Ramboll, dedicating 3.5 years to the oil & gas sector, before transitioning to Vattenfall for the past 2 years. In 2018, Rasmus Høegh earned a master's degree in Structural Dynamics from Aarhus University, Denmark. His research focused on SHMS applications for ice detection - using accelerometers - on bridge cables, showcasing the potentials of the monitoring technology. Currently, in his role at Vattenfall, Rasmus Høegh is involved in sensor installation, data infrastructure management, automation of SHMS methods and development. His career highlights his commitment to SHMS technology and his ability to excel in the ever-evolving offshore industry.
