Biography
Filipe Moreira Alves has been working on climate change adaptation action-research since 2012 at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. Filipe studied Economics (Bsc and Msc) at ISCTE-IUL and has a PhD on Climate Change and Policies for Sustainable Development. Filipe is currently working on the EU project Wind Just 4 All.Posters
