Biography
Rachel Spiegel is a senior consultant at DNV has since 2021 worked in technical due diligence, strategy support, and cost- and risk-assessments of floating wind. She has led several projects for investors, lenders and project developers and has extensive experience both as a project manager and team member, with a special focus on environmental and permitting aspects. Rachel holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Ecology from the Norwegian University of Science & Technology (NTNU) and a bachelor's in Environmental Economics from University of California, Berkeley.Posters
