Biography

Chen Yung is doing research at TNO (Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research). She obtained her M.Sc. degree in Environmental Economics from Wageningen University. Her research focuses on helping offshore wind industry make better decisions in installation, operation and maintenance, with an attention on safety, environment, and ecology.
