Biography
Paul Hulsman is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute for Physics, University of Oldenburg, Oldenburg, Germany. Since 2018, he has been working as a Research Assistant at ForWind—Center for Wind Energy Research, University of Oldenburg, Germany. His research focuses on developing a data-driven wake steering controller based on standard turbine sensors. Other research interests include wake analysis, active wake steering and wind farm control by conducting large eddy simulations, wind tunnel experiments and field campaigns.Presentations
