Biography

Mr. Alkarem has been doing research for the development of floating offshore wind energy since 2017. He is currently working as a research assistant at the University of Maine and has been working in collaboration with NTNU to develop digital twin solutions to lower down the cost of electricity generated in floating offshore wind farms. He has worked in the industry after finished his master's degree in Turkiye regarding floating breakwater consultation and mooring analysis. He has 8 publications and two patents at the time of writing.
