Biography

Dr Zia ul Rehman Tahir studied PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK. He has about 18 years of teaching and research experience. His research is focused on use of reanalysis data for wind resource assessment, performance of commercial wind turbines in low wind regions, offshore and onshore wind farm layout optimization.
