Biography

Mr. de Santos received the electrical engineering degree from the Technical University of Madrid, later completed his M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Ph.D. degree at the ICAI Engineering School of the Comillas Pontifical University, Madrid, Spain. After working for different Spanish utilities as project engineer in the field of power lines, he joined Jiangsu Shemar Electric as product manager. He is Senior Member of IEEE, member of CIGRE and IEC and contributes to several international Technical Committees and Working Groups within these bodies.
