Biography

Ms. Wouters is currently Managing Consultant at Guidehouse in the Netherlands. She has over 7 years' experience in the Dutch and European energy sector. Her expertise includes the integration of offshore wind into the future energy system, analysis of international policy and market developments, and system integration. She studied Energy Engineering at the University of Leuven in Belgium and holds a PhD in Energy Engineering from University College London.
