Biography

Paweł has served as Head of Testing and Automation Technology for MISTRAS member-company GMA in Stade - Germany since 2018. This role saw him manage a research & development (R&D) team working on the design and production of non-destructive testing (NDT) systems for large-scale structures. Prior to this role, he worked as an NDT Inspector for NDTCOM, where he performed NDT on composites and metals for quality assurance and developed new inspection systems. Paweł has also worked for GMA as a Project Manager in the Development and Application Department, where he performed R&D for wind energy and aviation NDT methods. In 2008, he graduated from the Technical University of Szczecin - Poland, where he studied biomedical and acoustic engineering. His qualifications include Level III UT DIN EN 4179 and Level II UT EN ISO 9712.
