Biography

Dr. Marc Peters has a degree of civil engineering and Phd of the University of Aachen, Germany. Since 2004, he is working for Herrenknecht AG. He started as personal assistant of the Board of Directors and was responsible for research and development for Utility Tunnelling from 2006 to 2017. In this position, his focus was the further development of existing technologies in the fields of utility tunnelling, pipeline construction, shaft sinking and renewable energies. Since 2011, he is Di-rector of the Business Division Energy within the Utility Tunnelling Department, where he is in charge of worldwide Business Development in the Energy sector.
