Please note that:
- The only accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard.
- There will be no onsite registration available at the venue.
- You can find the general terms & conditions for registration here.
Pass categories
Academic/NGO/Non-profit pass – Eligible for representatives of NGOs, academia and non-profit organisations.
Government/Public Authority pass –Government officials and officials from fully state owned Public Authorities can register via the registration system to receive a complimentary pass to the event. Confirmations are subject to a manual approval process.
Member passes are reserved exclusively for participants from companies that pay a direct membership fee to WindEurope or AEE for 2024.
Press pass – Free registration is available for accredited press members to cover the WindEurope Annual Event 2024. All press accreditations will be subject to a manual approval process by our press department.
Speaker and Poster Presenter passes Invitations to register will be sent by the Conference Secretariat. For more information, please contact: [email protected].
Student pass – Only full-time enrolled students can benefit from the student rate.
Proof of status from the Registrar’s office verifying full-time status is required to process your registration. Part-time students, post-doctoral and PhD candidates with an income and others who cannot meet the above criteria are not eligible for the discounted student rate.
Each student registration will be subject to approval.
If participants are found to be ineligible for the category and/or the discount under which they have registered, WindEurope reserves the right to adjust the registration fees applied.
Group registration
It is possible to do a group registration for the event. If you have more than 1 person to register, you can do this easily at the end of your registration process. This will allow you to pay for several people and send them booking confirmations immediately afterwards.

- *WindEurope reserves the right to amend the listed prices should the prevailing rate of VAT be increased.
- **The pre-event rate will be in effect until 19 March. From 20 March onwards, the event rate will apply.

1 All services listed are valid only for the purchased day.
2 Exhibition pass holders will be able to buy single session tickets.
3 WindEurope members will have access to the conference proceedings regardless of ticket categories.
4 In order to make our events more environmentally sustainable, we will not be serving meat for lunch. Instead, we will serve fish with a variety of vegetarian choices.
Badges
Badges will be sent by email to all registered participants a few days before the event. To avoid queuing, we kindly ask you to please print your badge before coming to the event.
Networking App
When you register, you will have the option to access the event networking app. The app will be available for download closer to the event. The event app will give you the opportunity to connect and network with other attendees before, during and after the event.
Registration support
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail after you’ve registered or your invoice for the pass your purchased, please visit our Registration Guest Portal to download all relevant documents.
Your e-badge will also become available in this portal shortly before the event.
