Biography

Ruben is a senior loan officer in the project finance team of European Investment Bank, covering wind energy financings in Western Europe. He joined EIB in 2016. He has been working in project financing for nearly 15 years in a variety of roles, covering both energy and infrastructure markets. He holds a degree in business engineering from the university of Leuven, Belgium.
