Biography

Martin Finucane is the Principal Officer in the International and Offshore Energy division which has responsibility for offshore grid policy including electricity interconnection policy, the TENS-E process and offshore energy market support policies. The Division also co-ordinates EU energy policy and international non-EU energy policy.
