Session description
This session will discuss the challenges that Europe needs to be overcome to enable an accelerated deployment of offshore wind. What cross-border infrastructure financing, regulation, and cooperation is needed? What are today’s roadblocks to build offshore grids in coordination with offshore wind farms? What lessons we can take from the current approach to offshore grid development? How can Europe take up offshore hybrid solutions?
