Green Energies VP, Navantia
Biography
He has developed his professional career mainly at Navantia, since joining Astilleros Españoles in 1997. His positions have been as Program Manager (2005-2009) and Project Manager for Surface Ships (2009-2013). In Engineering and Innovation, he occupied the positions of Head of Department, and Offers and Budgeting Director within the Commercial Department (2014-2017). Subsequently, he was appointed as Director of the Operational Management and Monitoring Office of the Operations and Business Department, a position he held until January 2019. On that date he was appointed Managing Director of the Bahía de Cádiz Shipyard Business Unit, in charge of managing the Puerto Real and San Fernando Shipyards, position he held from 2019 to March 2021. On that date, he was appointed as Commercial & Business Development Vice President. In October 2021, Navantia created a Business Division oriented to Green Energies, and began to direct that business, occupying the maximum Commercial and Operational responsibility of it.
