Biography

Amisha has recently joined Mainstream Renewable Power as Head of Public Policy and Public Affairs responsible for the management of the company’s public affairs objectives globally. She is based in London. Prior to joining MRP she was leading public affairs, stakeholder engagement and communications globally for Principle Power, market leader in floating offshore wind. Amisha has worked in the energy sector for over 15 years notably having built and led the global power and renewables team at the Energy Industries Council where she directed government relations, global supply chain engagement, and energy export campaigns to showcase expertise in offshore wind, and nuclear decommissioning. Having started her career with the UK’s civil service and working within several industry bodies Amisha has extensive experience in shaping energy policy. Amisha has an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics.
