Director of Advocacy

WindEurope exists to accelerate the growth of wind energy in Europe and ensure that wind becomes the leading source of clean, affordable, secure, and sustainable electricity. It serves as the collective voice of the European wind industry, representing companies and organisations across the wind energy value chain.

We are looking for a Director of Advocacy to strengthen this pivotal work and our Policy Department. You will lead the Advocacy team to deliver on WindEurope’s strategic objectives reporting to the Chief Policy Officer (CPO).

WindEurope is a team of passionate people from all over the globe coming together to make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of wind and renewable energy. We are all based at the heart of the European Union in Brussels, Belgium., working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home to facilitate work/life balance. As Director of Advocacy, you are expected to travel frequently to Europe’s capitals engaging with national governments, and WindEurope members.
