WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind energy across Europe. We have over 600 members from across the whole value chain of wind energy.
We are looking for an Interim Graphic Designer to strengthen our Marketing Team made up of 7 people.
You will be responsible for supporting and advising all WindEurope divisions in the development and design of graphical concepts. You will also develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards. You will report to the Creative Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality visual communications across print and digital channels, including event branding, reports, infographics, publications, office templates, website graphics and social media assets.
- Implement, maintain and evolve WindEurope's visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, communications and tools.
- Translate briefs into effective creative concepts and visual solutions that support WindEurope's communications, campaigns, events and advocacy activities.
- Leverage AI and design technologies to improve workflows, increase efficiency and scale creative production while maintaining high design standards.
- Promote good design practices across the organisation by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and introducing new approaches, tools and ideas.

Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in graphic design or visual arts (or equivalent professional experience).
- Previous professional experience of 5 years as a graphic designer.
Software Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with AI, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Languages
- French/Dutch is an asset to deal with Belgian suppliers.
- Any other EU language is a plus.
